Cimarron is a place where your pet is always welcome! If you're like most pet-owners, your pets are a part of the family and we want to make it comfortable for you and your pet.

All pets must be spayed or neutered.  Cats must be indoor cats only!

**2 pets maximum per apartment**

Pet Deposits

$300 per pet ($100 refundable)

Pet Rent

 Cats - $15 per month (per pet) 

 Dogs - $25 per month (per pet) 

Dog breed  restrictions (full or mixed)

Rottweiler, Doberman Pincher, Chow Chow, Pit Bull, Straffordshire Terrior, Boxers, American Bulldog, Presa Canario, German Shepherd & any dog considered inappropriate by management.

Vet Documents Needed

• Breed Identification
• Proof of spay/neuter (Cats & Dogs)
• Dogs - vaccination given and next date due for Rabies, DH2PP, Bordetella
• Proof of license as required by Maricopa County

Management must see dog prior to application approval.

Photos will be required  of all pets (we will take them in our office).

Sorry ... No Snakes, Rabbits or Ferrets!
